At some point in our lives each of us struggle with a particular aspect of life, maybe a past life experience, a relationship or not being able to prevent the world and it’s people from impacting us in certain ways. Furthermore, we all need relationships where people support us to overcome barriers to living healthier and more fulfilling lives.
